Location Tour Dates Cost
Key West, Florida November 5-15, 2012 $2000

A $500 deposit is necessary to secure your place in a workshop. Prices are based on double occupancy. If you have personal habits that make sharing a bedroom difficult, such as insomnia, sleep-walking, or snoring, you may pay for single accommodations for a $350 supplement, or find a compatible roommate to accompany you. Prices do not include airfare or art supplies.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All fees will be refunded for cancellations made prior to 60 days before the starting date of the tour, less a service charge of $50. After this date, refunds are possible only if your space is filled by another person. We strongly recommend that you purchase TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE to insure that your deposit, tour fees and airline reservation expenses are not lost due to a personal circumstance that causes you to cancel.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in our vehicles, inside our hotels or apartments, or in proximity to other non-smoking guests. Your cooperation will be appreciated.

Confirmation of all workshops is contingent on a minimum registration of 10 students. Please do not purchase airline tickets until such confirmation. If we have to cancel a workshop for lack of people, we do not take responsibility for airline tickets that you have purchased.
